1. New Students Guideline for academic year 113 (2024-2025)
2. Inquiry for registration is available for new students around 15 August 2024. Please loglog onto China Trust Bank (CTBC) website at https://school.ctbcbank.com/cstu/index.jsp and select “student payment” to pay the fees, or print the payment slips for payment at CTBT counters, Post Office counters, or the major convenience stores. (For related inquiries, please contact the Office of Finance at 02-26215656 ext. 2066, 2067).
3. New Students Academic Credentials Upload System

New students are required to upload academic credentials before the deadline. The webpage is at https://tku.schroll.edu.tw/DocUpload.

5. [Student Enrollment Form and Student ID Card] Registration path: Tamkang University Homepage → Administration → Registration Section, Office of Academic Affairs → Links to Academic Affairs Systems → Student Data Login System → Student Login (Student ID/Password: 6 digits of the Date of birth with YYMMDD format, for example, if the date of birth is February 25, 1997, the password would be 970225). ※Those who have not registered will NOT be able to produce a student ID card.
6. [Registration for General Education courses]

Explanation: Please visit https://www.ais.tku.edu.tw/COS_LOT/Home/IndexE From 12:30 pm August 21 to 3:30 pm August 22.

Reminder! Please note that students from the English-taught program are required to select the English-taught General Education Courses.

7. [Courses Selection]

Please contact the Curriculum Section, Office of Academic Affairs at ext. 2203,

2204, 2370, 2375 or respective departmental offices.

8. [Opening Ceremony and Orientation]

For new (undergraduate) students at the College of Engineering, the ceremony will begin at 7:40 am on (Thursday) September 5, 2024, (sun: at Track-and Field Ground on Tamsui campus, or, for rain alternative, 7^th floor, Shao-mo Memorial Gymnasium).

Please note that touring around the Over-coming Difficulties Slope and attending the Opening Ceremony are important activities that all the new students are required to participate, except having medical reasons or unpredictable eventualities. Such students are to submit a medical certificate to the Guidance Section Office B402, and complete make-up service courses (one hour per activity) by November 30. Failure of the make-up services will result in record penalty according to the University disciplinary regulations.
